Also, if your copyright law did somehow work right it already claims to apply to this content with or without the symbol being displayed.
So, why does everyone post this stupid little symbol of a fake copyright law? They have seen other websites post it, can't think of anything else to do and would be to scared to do anything else even if they could think of something else to do.
